  • Accomplishments

    Design and implementation of a multi-hospital mobile behavioral health assessment department
     

    • Growth of department from two clinicians to over 30 full-, part-time and prn staff, and from one hospital to a five-hospital system including numerous physician offices.
    • Department became the largest contributor of behavioral health hospital admissions
    • Significant decrease in emergency department and physician time thus decreasing hospital cost.
