1. How do I create a project?

   1. Go to Dashboard.
   2. Click on the 'create' or 'manage' button in Project section.
   3. Click on the 'Add New Project' and enter the name of a project.
   4. Click 'edit' to add items dto your new project.
   5. Add project summary, images, video clips, files or note from 'Add Items' menu.

2. What items can I add to a project?

   Summary

   Add a project summary to describe your project.

   Video

   Add a video clip from YouTube or other streaming websites.

   Images

   Add images/photo album to your project (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, or bmp).

   Files

   Add downloadable files you wish to include in your project.

   Note

   Add an additional note you wish to include in your project.

3. The file I want to upload is huge. Will that be a problem?

   Each individual file cannot exceed 100MB. We suggest compressing or splitting files for any file larger than 100MB.

4. How do I add images?

   1. Go to Dashboard.
   2. Click on the 'create' or 'manage' button in Project section.
   3. Select a project to add images.
   4. Click Images from 'Add Items' menu.
   5. Click 'Upload Images' to upload multiple images.
   6. To add a description to image, click 'Edit' on the image section, select an image and click a yellow box on the bottom.
   7. Choose from 5 display styles.
   8. Once all images are uploaded and edited, click OK to add to the project.

5. How do I add video/flash?

   1. Go to Dashboard.
   2. Click on the 'create' or 'manage' button in Project section.
   3. Select a project to add video/flash
   4. Click Video from 'Add Items' menu.
   5. Select 'Upload Flash' or 'Embed Video.
   6. Note that uploading flash file has a size limitation of 10MB.
   7. Upload your flash file or copy and paste the embed code for the movie you wish to add.
   8. Check tutorials how to get the embed code from Youtube, Vimeo
   9. Click OK to add to the project.

6. How do I add downloadable files?

   1. Go to Dashboard.
   2. Click on the 'create' or 'manage' button in Project section.
   3. Select a project to add files
   4. Click Images from 'Add Items' menu.
   5. Click 'Upload Files' to upload multiple files.
   6. To add description to files, select an file and click 'Edit Description' button.
   7. Once all files are uploaded and edited, click OK to add to the project.

7. How do I add project summary?

   1. Go to Dashboard.
   2. Click on the 'create' or 'manage' button in Project section.
   3. Select a project to add project summary
   4. Click Project Summary from 'Add Items' menu.

8. How do I change the order of added items?

   All added items are draggable. Click on Move button and drag up or down to change its order.

9. How do I edit or delete added items?

   1. Go to Dashboard.
   2. Click on the 'manage' button in Project section.
   3. Move you mouse over on the item you want to edit/delete and click on the edit/delete button.

10. How can I select one of the projects to show as default?

    1. Go to Dashboard.
    2. Click on the 'manage' button in Project section.
    3. Find a project you want to edit and click the 'edit' button.
    4. Click on 'Set as Default Project' from Action menu.

11. I keep getting errors adding items.

    If you keep having unknown erros, sign out, sign in and try again. Alternatively, try to delete the project and create new one. If the problem persists, please contact us.

12. Is there a limitation of storage I can add?

    Free plan has a size limit of 30MB.
    Upgrade to Premium plan to extend it to 1GB and add more images, videos and files.

    There is a size limit of 1GB.

13. I do not want to have a project page on my website.

    1. Go to Dashboard.
    2. Click on the 'manage' button in Project section.
    3. Click on the 'Change Status' button on Settings menu.
    4. Select 'Disable' option.

14. What formats of files can I use to upload?

    OPResume supports Image formats (jpeg, gif, bmp, tiff, ico, and png), archive formats (zip, rar, 7z) and document formats (doc, ppt, xls, txt, etc).
