These are some of the questions we've been asked about our billing process.

Billing
  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal. You can also use a debit card if it has a Visa or MasterCard logo on it. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
  2. Do you offer refunds?
    We do not offer refunds. Please read the details on our Terms of use.
  3. How do I upgrade my account?
    1. Go to Dashboard.

    2. Click on the Upgrade button.

    3. Select monthly or yearly subscription and click "Upgrade Now"

    4. You will be redirected to secured PayPal's website to make payment.

    5. When you come back to our website, your account should have access to premium features.
  4. How do I downgrade my account?
    1. Go to Dashboard.

    2. Click on the Premium tab.

    3. Scroll down to the Downgrade section.

    4. Follow the instructions to reduce your work to fit into our free plan (if applicable).

    5. Click the Downgrade your account button.

    6. Click to confirm downgrading your account.
  5. Are there any set up fees? Cancellation fees? What about hidden fees?
    OPResume has no set up fees. You can try it out for free and upgrade to our paid plan at any time. There are no additional fees and you can cancel or downgrade at any time.
  6. When is my next bill due?
    1. Go to Dashboard.

    2. Click on the Premium tab.

    3. Scroll down to the Invoices section.

    4. Locate the Your next bill
  7. What happens when my paid membership expires?
    If you do not renew your membership, your account will be suspended. We will not delete any of your work, but it will not be viewable by visitors to your portfolio. You'll either need to downgrade your account or renew your subscription to be able to display your work again.
  8. Where can I view my payment history?
    1. Go to Dashboard.

    2. Click on the Premium tab.

    3. Scroll down to the Invoices section.

    4. Click on the date range you want to view an invoice for.
