How do I cancel?

It's easy. As there are no cancellation fees you can cancel your upgrade at any time. Sign in to your account, go to 'Premium' tab and downgrade your account. All cancellations become effective the day of your cancellation, and you will not be charged again.

To make it easy we offer yearly and monthly agreements. If you sign for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month and you are billed on a monthly basis.
